Notifications

Get Discord DM alerts before your free server expires, when it is suspended, and before it is deleted, so you never lose a server to a missed renewal.

What is the notifications page for?

This page decides which alerts you get about your server, and it sends them straight to your Discord DMs. Every alert here is about one thing: your server's expiry. A free server runs on a clock, and these notifications are what stop that clock from quietly running out while you are not looking. All three are switched on by default, so the panel already keeps you posted at each step, and this page is simply where you fine-tune which ones you want.

The three alerts and when they fire

A server does not vanish the second it expires. It moves through a few stages, and there is an alert for each one, so you always get a warning before anything permanent happens. Here is exactly what each notification means and when it lands:

AlertWhen it firesWhat it means
Renewal ReminderShortly before your server expiresYour window to renew and keep the server running without interruption
Server SuspendedWhen the server expiresThe server is offline but not gone; renew it to bring it straight back
Termination WarningBefore a suspended server is deletedYour last chance to renew before the server is permanently removed

Read top to bottom, those three are the full timeline of a server you stop renewing: a heads-up, a suspension you can still undo, and a final warning before deletion. Each one buys you another chance to act, which is why leaving them on is the safest choice for anything you care about.

You need Discord connected

Because these alerts arrive as Discord direct messages, they only reach you if your Discord account is linked. It is a one-time connection you make from your profile, and until it is done there is nowhere for the panel to send the warnings, so they simply do not go out.

If you take one thing from this page, make it this: connect your Discord account from your profile. An unlinked account means the expiry warnings have nowhere to land, and the first you will hear of a problem is a server that has already gone offline.

Turning alerts on and off

Each alert is a simple toggle, and you save your choices with one button. You are free to switch off any you do not want, but the renewal reminder and the termination warning are the two worth keeping on no matter what, because between them they cover both moments where doing nothing costs you the server.

How to never lose a server

The whole point of these notifications is a server that outlives your memory. Keep the alerts on, keep Discord connected, and when a reminder arrives, head to your server overview and renew. Do that and expiry becomes a non-event: you get told in time, every time, and a server only ever goes away because you decided to let it.
