This Privacy Policy outlines how Eternal Zero, a trade name of Eternal Hosting Pvt Ltd, collects, uses, and protects any personal information you provide to us while using our website and services. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which are available on our website.
At Eternal Zero, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How We Process Your Personal Information
Eternal Zero only processes personal information necessary to operate our website, https://eternalzero.cloud, manage customer accounts, and provide services you purchase or access from us.
This includes, but is not limited to:

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Data may be processed and stored by verified third-party providers, including hosting providers, who are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Use of Cookies and Third-Party Services
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to run the website (for example keeping you signed in and protecting forms against automated abuse), to understand how the site is used, and to show the advertising that pays for the free servers. The third-party services involved are:
- NitroPay (NitroPay LLC) and the advertising exchanges it works with, including Google Ad Manager, which deliver the advertisements shown on the panel and blog. - Google Analytics, which gives us aggregated statistics about how the website is used. You can opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with Google's browser add-on.
- Cloudflare and hCaptcha, which protect the site against attacks and automated abuse.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always set. Advertising cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it; the two sections below explain how to give, refuse or withdraw that consent. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may then stop working.
Advertising and Your Choices
The advertising on Eternal Zero is delivered by NitroPay and the advertising partners it works with. To do this they may process your IP address, device and browser details, the page you are viewing, and identifiers stored in cookies, and some partners use that information to select advertisements based on your interests. We do not give advertising partners your name, email address or account details.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, advertising cookies and personalised advertising are used only with your consent. When you first visit you will see a consent window, provided by NitroPay's IAB-registered Consent Management Platform, where you can accept or refuse each purpose and partner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the Manage consent link in the footer of every page. If you refuse, any advertising you see will not be personalised.
Your US State Privacy Rights
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information for money. However, because our advertising partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to show you advertising based on your activity across other websites, that use can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws.
You can opt out of this at any time. Residents of California will see a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page; using it tells our advertising partners not to use your information in that way.
To exercise any other right under these laws, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorised agent to act on your behalf.
Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws, including Sri Lanka's evolving data protection framework, you have the right to:
