These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (collectively the "Terms"), form the legal agreement between you and Eternal Zero, a trade name of Eternal Hosting Ltd. These terms govern your use of all services provided via https://eternalzero.cloud/ and its related subdomains (collectively referred to as "Our Services"). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to any applicable End User License Agreements (EULAs) associated with third-party software or games we host. You authorise Eternal Zero to accept these agreements on your behalf where required.

Definitions

  • "Terms": This refers collectively to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy.

  • "Customer": An individual or entity who registers to use our Services.
  • "User": Refers to either a Visitor or a Customer.

  • "Our Services": All services offered through eternalzero.cloud and its associated domains and hosting services.
  • "We", "Us", "Our": Eternal Zero (Eternal Hosting Pvt Ltd).
  • "Content": All data, software, media, or information offered through Our Services.

By using Our Services, you agree to comply with all Terms and applicable laws. All content on our platform is protected by copyright and trademark regulations.

Use License

You are granted a limited license to download and view the materials on Eternal Zero's website for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit:

  • Modifying or copying the materials.
  • Using materials for commercial purposes or public display.
  • Decompiling or reverse-engineering any software from our website.
  • Removing copyright or proprietary markings.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or replicate the materials on any other server.

Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your Eternal Zero account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing PII accessed via our Services with any third party (excluding Eternal Zero and our partners) is strictly prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years old to register, or have explicit permission from a parent/legal guardian if between the ages of 13–17.

You agree to maintain up-to-date account information to ensure EternalZero can provide you with a reliable and responsive service.

If you encounter any issues with your Eternal Zero account or Our Services at any time, please contact us so we can address it in a timely manner.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Eternal Zero guarantees a minimum uptime of 90% for our services each month. In the highly unlikely event that your service falls below this uptime threshold, you may contact our team for review and compensation eligibility.

We are not responsible for any data loss, damage, or corruption that may occur due to usage of our Services.

Cancellation of Services

When a Customer wishes to cancel one or more of Our Services, including their account on the Eternal Zero platform, they must notify us of this via email at [email protected].

Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Services may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and do not create or imply any affiliation or recommendation between Eternal Zero and the third party, unless specifically stated on the Eternal Zero website. An exception to this is Eternal Hosting, a trade name of Eternal Hosting Ltd, which may be advertised as a "premium hosting partner", which works in partnership with Eternal Zero in order to provide you with access to Our Services.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms between you and Eternal Zero under which you may access and use our website at eternalzero.cloud, its sub-domains, associated domains, and our associated hosting services, any or all of which are hereafter referred to as "Our Services". Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to all visitors to and Users of Our Services and your use of Our Services means you accept and agree to abide by all the terms in this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited uses

You may use Our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use Our Services to:

  • Execute or plan criminal activities (including coups or cyberattacks).
  • Launch or participate in DDoS or DoS attacks.
  • Port scan or probe networks without authorisation.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code.
  • Send unsolicited messages or spam.
  • Share or distribute hate speech or unlawful content.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Break any local or international laws.

You also agree:

  • Not to copy or republish Eternal Zero content.
  • Not to tamper with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure.

Suspension and Termination

We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of Our Services. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service upon which you are permitted to use Our Services, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Issue warnings
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your access
  • Remove any of your uploaded content
  • Pursue legal action or claim damages
  • Report unlawful conduct to authorities

We reserve full discretion over these decisions and are not liable for consequences of enforcement actions.
